Bishop Professional Education Center
Bishop Professional Development Center was created in 2019, a renovation of the former Bishop Elementary School. The building was completely rebuilt to suits its new purpose and was funded through the Topeka Public Schools Bond Project. It is a state-of-the-art learning center for district staff and includes a broadcast studio, audio room, maker space, distance learning lab, tiered-presentation room, robotics room, teaming rooms, small meeting rooms, classrooms, outdoor classroom and large partitionable rooms. District staff and community members are able to reserve rooms for meetings and retreats.
